spo'led

it's official- my baby is 'spoiled'. everytime i get her to sleep tonight she wakes back up in almost no time, yelling at me to come and get her (she doesn't actually cry, but does this kinda baby talk/yell thing; you can tell she's miffed). how fiesty!

i can't say i'm upset about it; i make it a point to hold and carry my babies lots- much to mil's scorn- so i understand that i've conditioned her to want me. i'd just like to use the bathrom on a whim sometimes though. these days even that's a luxury...

oh, as soon as i read 'park ranger' i was hooked! my family and i are crazy into nature. one time my daughter (now 5) was so upset because i woudn't let her take this twig she had fallen in love with to her grandmother as a present-- sheesh... besides our restaurant we also have tree service in which my husband doctors sick trees, trims, cuts down dead ones, etc. i used to tease him sometimes because when he goes up the tree he always gives it salaams (says 'peace') and lets it know why he's there. that's because he sees it as another living being who must be respected in order to be respected... yes, we're all this spacey- lol.

Hey, Mu! Thanks for the kind comment on my blog. :) I always held my kids when they were babies; I always thought it would make theme more secure individuals. Sure enough, they're sweet as can be. Enjoy your little one.

i just happened to watch the episode of taming toddlers whereby the baby girl was crying for her mum all the time too. the best advise they gave is, put her to slp more in the afternoon, and when she cries, go into the room, pick her up, tel her, mummy love u, nite nite, n put her down. try this for a few days, n u'll gradually see a diff. n the method they mentioned is controlled crying. like for the first day, dun go into the room after 10mins of her crying. 2nd day, 15mins, etc...

Thanks for the visit. I find that knitting is easier than crochet!! Go for it, I think you will be in for a nice surprise. I've never tried a knitting machine because I know I'd rather hold the needles and yarn and create with my hands. Take care.
